Comprehensive relocation of the double-acting MECFOND press. Disassembly and assembly of the press head using a hydraulic gantry. Alignment and leveling of the support structure under the press. Assembly and commissioning of the press.

Installation of MULLER Hydraulic Press Line
Installation of the hydraulic press line along with the necessary media installations. Positioning, assembly, and commissioning. Due to the lack of a crane, all work was carried out using cranes.

Inspection of the kinematic systems of presses. Control measurements of workspace geometry of presses. Measurements of clearances of the crown, sliders, etc. Examination of pressing force.
CORNAGLIA - POLAND
Relocation of Rovetta 2500T transfer press
Comprehensive relocation of the press to a new facility. Due to the weight and size of the press crown, the drive system and kinematic elements were disassembled.
RENAULT - FRANCE
Replacement of four damaged screws and worm gears in the slide height adjustment system. Geometry alignment of the working area. Overload tests - press force test of Rovetta 2000T press.
SVECGROUP - SLOVAKIA
Assembly of BLISS hydraulic press
Due to the press location, all press components were installed through the hall roof. Installation of systems, alignment, and commissioning of the press.
MA - FRANCE
Repair of overload system for Rovetta 2000T press
Replacement of damaged hydraulic cylinder in the overload system. Disassembly of components, adjustment, installation, and commissioning.
DACIA - Romania
General overhaul of Schuler 400T presses
Replacement of kinematic systems with new ones. Modification of clutch-brake systems. Overhaul of overload and slider height adjustment systems. Disassembly of compensating cylinders and table lifting, replacement of seals. Replacement of slide guide liners. General overhaul carried out on two presses simultaneously within 4 weeks.
